On March 25th, Museum on Wheels by the Institute for American Indian Studies in Washington, CT was at our church hall.  Irene Nolan is an educator from the Institute.  The program introduced us to the history, culture, and lifeways of Connecticut’s Indigenous Peoples through hands-on experiences.  Irene passed around artifacts, replications, furs, tools, and clothing while explaining how the Indigenous culture interacted with the land here in Connecticut for over 13,000 years.
